Inscape offers two separate Certifications for our clients who are interested in becoming certified in Everything DiSC or DiSC® Classic.

Both Certifications are two-day classroom sessions, held in Minneapolis. You will get a participant experience, an immersion in either the DiSC Classic or Everything DiSC model and research, as well as hands-on experience with the chosen Facilitation Kit. Participants will create DiSC training solutions for their specific organizational needs. They will demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the content through various group presentations and a written exam.

Everything DiSC Application Library

Everything DiSC Classic
|

You will get hands-on experience with the all ofEverything DiSC Application Library Profiles. They’ll learn the theory to help them understand how to interpret the Everything DiSC circular model. And, they’ll discover how to customize the materials in their Facilitation Kit to meet a variety of organizational needs. Finally, they’ll demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of the Everything DiSC Application Library through group presentations and a written exam.
By the end of the two days you will be able to:
- Create focused, effective DiSC-based training solutions
- Discover how to combine DISC resources for better results
- Customize unique DiSC-based training solutions

During the two days of learning, your clients will be immersed in the history, theory and interpretation of DiSC. The participants will thoroughly review the resources available to conduct DiSC learning, including the Everything DiSC Classic Facilitation System, the Everything DiSC Classic DVD and the complete line of DiSC reports. They will have hands-on-practice crafting a wide range of DiSC solutions, and will participate in group presentations of the training materials. They will also demonstrate their knowledge of DiSC during a written examination.
By the end of the two days you will be able to:

How do I register for Client Certification?
|
You can register by calling ALD, Inc at 208-762-1322 or 1-888-762-9699, or by sending an email to bmann@ald-inc.com. You’ll need to provide your name and address, phone and email.

Who will be teaching the Everything DiSC®Trainer Certification?
|
Because the sessions are being conducted in Minneapolis, we will be able to draw upon the expertise of Inscape Publishing staff members, including Inscape’s Vice President of Sales & Training, Channel Manager and Research Manager.

How do I pay for the certification class?
|
You can pay with your Credit Card; we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you are an existing customer, you can provide us with a PO number and we can invoice you.
|
|
Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your reservation two weeks or less before your scheduled class there will be a $200 cancellation fee.
